What we believe

A widening set of exponential technologies is no longer advancing in parallel. They are compounding.

Across the frontier — AI, biotechnology, robotics, quantum, space, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, new materials, and more — breakthroughs are arriving at dizzying speed, with profound implications. What's new isn't any single field. It's that these technologies have begun to compound one another.

AI collapses the cost and time of discovery across biology, chemistry, engineering, physics, life sciences, and materials. Better semiconductors and compute accelerate AI. Advances in one domain become tailwinds for the next. Beneath all of it sits the substrate — compute, memory, storage, networking, power — where every breakthrough is levered by every layer above it.

The result: the next ten years will deliver changes as impactful as those over the last hundred. The companies that define this era will mostly be started by technical founders — world-class at the technology, and often doing everything else for the first time. Pricing what has never been priced. Selling what has never been sold.

That transition — from breakthrough to business — is where we invest, and where we work.

Selective, and cautious about hype.

A capability without a durable moat is a feature waiting to be absorbed. We underwrite defensibility as rigorously as we underwrite the science — especially in AI, where frontier labs and open-source models will displace most companies whose only edge is a head start.

Commercialization within reach.

We're drawn to grand destinations — but we back companies that can reach real customers and real revenue within a fundable horizon, with credible paths to market. We're excited about the innovations at hand, and about the future to come.
